Best Mosquito Repellent
Run, fight or Use the Best Mosquito
Repellent
I always get a buzz when it is time to go camping. The pure joy
of the preparation and planning of my trip is half the fun for me.
But then comes another buzz. The one I don't
like at all, the mosquito buzzing sound that precedes an attack...
Now where did I put that mosquito repellent.
The summer breeze whipping through your hair as beautiful song
birds sing in perfect cadence. For most, the season doesn't get any
better than this. Summertime is when folks venture outdoors again,
fire-up the grills, prune their lawns and have a glass of lemonade
in the shade. But what's that noise? It's almost like a miniature
fighter jet about to strike. Nope, it's another pesky mosquito.
Just as you go to slap him against your forearm, his buddy bites
your neck. We all know this irksome aspect of summertime all too
well. It's something most of us could do without. I can only dream
of a world without mosquitoes and ticks. Those are the two I'd
obliterate. Anyway, this is not a feasible solution. Obviously
insects are here to stay. So you can either stay inside your homes,
or keep a bunch of frogs and toads on your property to eat them.
Now how does that sound? Oh, I almost forgot; you could also hit up
the local drugstore for the best mosquitorepellent known
to mankind.
It's always been DEET. This is still the key ingredient in many
of the best mosquito repellents. This ingredient basically
thwarts a mosquito's receptors so that he can't detect your body
heat. However, many parents feel that it's harmful to their
children. Even though there is no evidence of it effecting humans.
Some alternatives use lemon eucalyptus to deter mosquitoes from
attacking and feeding on human skin. There are actually quite a few
alternatives to DEET on the market. Now, if you really want to go
all-out with the best mosquito repellent of modern times,
you should give the mosquito magnet a shot. This new-age device
will keep your entire yard fee of nasty mosquitoes. It uses a type
of radio waves to repel the little buggers. Unfortunately these
innovations are an investment, and can run you 500 smackers. It all
depends on how badly you want to see those mosquitoes gone.
Always use a mosquito repellent of some
sort.
Whether your choice is a DEET mosquito spray or one of the
bestmosquitorepellent alternatives, don't forget to apply
prior to spending time outdoors. The West Nile virus is now in
full-effect. This is one illness that has no cure. Protect yourself
and your little ones from getting bit-up this summer. Ah I almost
forgot, beside using the best mosquito
repellent remember to wear light color clothing
because it helps to not attract mosquitoes and ease of on the
perfume ladies.
